Please be reminded that the deadline for final payments has passed. All outstanding payments are to be made by Wednesday November 27, 2024 to fully secure your space. All payments made after without approval will incur a $50.00 late fee.

All vendor packages come with ONE full vendor meal. The link to the meal plan form will be sent during the week of November 25. Please note the deadline for submitting your meal plan is Saturday November 30, 2024.

You can post the general pop up poster at anytime, but we'd like to ask that you post the countdown posters to your social media pages accordingly. All posters can be downloaded here.

ALL Food and Beverage vendors are required to go to the Six Roads Polyclinic to apply for a Temporary Restaurant license. You would need to present a valid Health Certificate in order to successfully complete your application. By order of the Ministry of Health, you must apply 2 weeks BEFORE the event.

A document containing further pop up details such as the layout and allocation of booths, will be sent via the WhatsApp chat closer to the event date.

We are unable to facilitate site visits prior to event day as Wyndham Grand Barbados is fully booked. Set up time usually begins at 10:00 AM on event day (Sunday December 15, 2024). However, if this changes, you will be updated via the WhatsApp chat.
