Pop Up Next Steps

  1. Please be reminded that the deadline for final payments has passed. All outstanding payments are to be made by Monday June 10, 2024 to fully secure your space. 

  2. All vendor packages come with ONE full vendor meal. Please select your meal plan here. Please note the deadline is Tuesday June 11, 2024 to fill the form.

  3. You can post the general pop up poster at anytime, but we'd like to ask that you post the countdown posters to your social media pages accordingly. The 4 weeks poster would be scheduled for this Sunday June 9. All posters can be downloaded here. 

  4. Please also take the time to read our Event Marketing Guidelines. These guidelines will certainly help make the event a success for us all. They can be found here.

  5. ALL Food and Beverage vendors are required to go to the Six Roads Polyclinic to apply for a Temporary Restaurant license. You would need to present a valid Health Certificate in order to successfully complete your application. By order of the Ministry of Health, you must apply 2-3 weeks BEFORE the event.

  6. A document containing further pop up details such as the layout and allocation of booths, will be sent via the WhatsApp chat closer to the event date. 

  7. Please be reminded that the following packages DO NOT include a table/tablecloth. You can find the full breakdown of each package here.

    • Gold package valued at BBD 420.00.​​

    • Silver package valued at BBD 390.00.

    • Bronze package valued at BBD 375.00.

  8. Kindly be reminded that the outdoors can be windy. You are required to secure your items on event day. 

  9. We are unable to facilitate site visits prior to event day as Wyndham Grand Barbados is fully booked. Set up time usually begins at 10:00 AM on event day (Sunday July 7, 2024). However, if this changes, you will be updated via the WhatsApp chat.
