Instagram captions: be sure to communicate important information such as the event location, date and time.

Specials and discounts: we encourage you to curate a special deal/package for the guests and promote it to your socials. This is especially useful for the holiday season.

Word-of-mouth: continuously tell your friends, customers and family about the upcoming event.

On event day, show guests how they can find you. You can do this by capturing videos and/or time lapses.

Leading up to the event, indicate what your booth number and location will be using our template which can be retrieved from our Google drive.

Our Course of Action
Leading up to as well as on the day of the pop up event team She Markets WEC, usually conducts the following marketing activities:

Email Marketing via Nation Connect, This and That Bajan, Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BBCI) as well as our internal database.​

Social Media Marketing: sponsored ads on Instagram and Facebook will run leading up to the event.

Radio Ads: ads sponsored will be aired on Hitz, SLAM and CBC 4 days weekly at multiple times.

Traditional media: articles will be published to highlight the upcoming event.
