Try this easy and fun recipe.

Ingredients

Steak Stir Fry

  • 1 card of steak strips (pre-cut for stir fry)

  • 1 small onion

  • 1 small purple/green bell pepper

  • 1 carrot

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp seasoning

  • 1 tbsp complete seasoning

  • 2 tsps granulated garlic

  • 4 tsps paprika

  • 2 tsps Dried basil

  • Fresh oregano

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Sesame seeds for garnishing

  • Oil for stir frying


Sauce

  • 1/3 cup Orange stir fry sauce

  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

  • 3 tbsp Honey


Basmati Rice

  • 1 cup basmatic rice

  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups of water or to desired texture

  • Salt, pepper & All purpose seasoning to taste

Preparation

  1. Place rice and seasonings in pot with water. Cook on a medium flame and then lower flame closer to end to simmer.

  2. Season steak bits.

  3. Wash and chop all vegetables.

  4. Add oil to pan and stir fry vegetables.

  5. Once vegetables are almost tender, add in seasoned steak bits and mix well.

  6. Mix sauces and honey in a separate bowl & add in to stir fry mixture. Mix until blended well.

  7. Check rice and turn off once ready to eat.

  8. Let stir fried steak simmer until steak is cooked to your preferred temperature.

  9. Serve hot & enjoy!
