Having a long day? Here's a fun and quick afternoon snack to help you see your day through. Try it with any tortilla chips of your choice and let us know how you like them!
Ingredients
1 Mexican avocado
1/2 small onion
1/3 cup black beans
1/4 cup corn
8 cherry tomatoes
Re pepper flakes to taste
Chia & Flaxseed tortilla chips
Preparation
Wash all vegetables, peel, chop and add to a bowl.
Open can of beans and measure. Then add to the same bowl with the vegetables.
Add red pepper flakes.
Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Serve with Chia and Flaxseed Tortilla chips.
