Try this simple and nutritious morning snack to help boost your immune system.

Ingredients

  • 1 Mexican avocado 

  • 3 Cherry/mini tomatoes

  • 3 tbsp feta cheese (crumbles)

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • 1 pack Wholegrain crackers

Preparation

  1. Grab all ingredients.

  2. Peel and mash avocado in a bowl or on a plate until all lumps are gone.

  3. Add salt & pepper to taste and mix well.

  4. Slice tomatoes into desired sizes.

  5. Add the paste on the crackers.

  6. Put tomato pieces on to avocado crackers.

  7. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
