Try this simple and nutritious morning snack to help boost your immune system.
1 Mexican avocado
3 Cherry/mini tomatoes
3 tbsp feta cheese (crumbles)
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 pack Wholegrain crackers
Grab all ingredients.
Peel and mash avocado in a bowl or on a plate until all lumps are gone.
Add salt & pepper to taste and mix well.
Slice tomatoes into desired sizes.
Add the paste on the crackers.
Put tomato pieces on to avocado crackers.
Sprinkle with feta cheese.
